My annual exam today (you know, because going to the ob/gyn's office two times in one week isn't enough...gotta get in that third appointment). The physician's assistant, who has done two of my IUIs, did the exam. She's all chatty and we're going over my chart and she says, "so it says here you live with your husband and child." Um, no. I'm not married. I live with my four year old, a cat, and a fish. "Oh, have you ever been married?" Nope. "But you're heterosexual?"
Oy.
Have I mentioned I need a new doctor?
