Day 1

I am very pleased with how Day 1 of Doing All the Work panned out.  Accomplished:

• Writing and submitting abstract for new edited collection.
• Daily requirement for Project #1.
• Reading (poetry)
• Reading (criticism) and note-taking for essay revision (now due Fri).
• Miscellaneous tasks via email (probably 30 min total).
• Beginning the onerous flex spending paperwork.
• Multiple loads of laundry.
• Taking a walk in the cold.
• Escorting LG to Target to acquire pants, as due to a combination of Teen Factors she is down to about two pair of jeans that actually fit that she will also put on her body.
• Making homemade macaroni with Tiny Boy, who has lost TV privileges indefinitely.  (OMG our evenings are so much better without preschool screen use)

It is now just past nine.  LG is finishing her reading for class tomorrow.  I will follow suit.  And then to bed!
