Why is it that every time I open my email I have a note requesting that I do more work?
Why do editors take nine months to review a manuscript and then request changes within a few weeks?
Similarly, why do students who request letters of recommendation take more than a month to get their materials to you but expect you to produce a letter for them in under two weeks?
When is my period going to start so I can officially get on with cycle #2?
