Grading

This is a place holder for a post I'd like to develop later. For now, suffice it to say I really hate grading. Just not in the way I usually do. I've got a stack of papers from a great group of students; I'm honestly looking forward to reading them and commenting on them (however much time that takes). But I do not want to put GRADES on them. With this group, I want to help them grow; I don't want to judge them and determine their GPAs.

    Thanks, profgrrrl. I just see so much of myself in this particular group...and they're so young (mostly first year students) and eager. Ah, well.
