I knew before I went to bed last night that LG would be home today, and I assumed Tiny Boy would be as well. Luckily I didn't have to be on campus for any reason, though as it turns out, even the university cancelled classes this morning.
Tiny Boy and I slept until almost 9:00, which sort of made up for the fact that he was awake from about 2-4:00 am (almost 5:00 for me). We ate breakfast. Put on snow gear and shoveled out. Ate lunch.
I triaged my to do list while the kids had a dance party in LG's room. Sent some email. Finished reading for class.
Made cookies. Ate cookies.
Put on snow gear. Went to the park for sledding. Tiny Boy made it about 15 minutes before we had to go back.
Kids had screen time while I cooked dinner. Ate dinner.
Bath and bedtime routine for the boy.
I'm absolutely exhausted. And my back isn't particularly pleased about the shoveling and pulling Tiny Boy on the sled.
Just hoping the middle of the night is easier because come 9:00 am I need to kick it in high gear and make up for lost time.
