I just spent about half an hour (during which time I should have been working) reading the abridged version of my medical records. Which was more than a little weird. Apparently, acc to Dr. G, I ask "many excellent questions" and often spend more than 25 minutes in consults. Apparently they write down every phone message I've ever left, in abridged version (and the nurse I like puts things I say in direct quotes. Words like "worried" and "concerned" and "no way I'm pregnant"). And apparently some things slip through the cracks. Like the fact that I was supposed to have a CBC done after being on Lovenox for a while. Oops.
Anyway, IUIs part A and B went off without a hitch and without a drop of blood. So between yesterday and today I have a sum total of 110+ million total motile sperm swimming around in there. The andrologist has a good feeling. I'm not sure I'd go that far, but I haven't written the cycle off yet.
Now I'm going to drink more "calming tea" (per LG) and get myself to acupuncture.
At some point in ttc it seems to get so difficult to wish someone good luck, because it's impossible to stop thinking of the what-ifs and what-nots. Regardless...
