- Tiny Boy went to sleep at 10:00 last night (okay, that's not good) but there was only one potty trip and no requests for drinks (already supplied...multiple beverages in the crib!).
- Because Tiny Boy went to sleep about 30 minutes before I wanted to sleep, I watched the first bit of Thelma and Louise, which I haven't seen since it came out in 1991 and hadn't remembered--how did I NOT REMEMBER?--that it was a rape that started the whole plot.
- I bought delphiniums and my "garden helper" was given actual permission to mess in the dirt.
- While we were purchasing the delphiniums and some other flower I'd never seen before (and tomato cages) we ran into the guy who did our gardening last year and he's going to come over and do some weeding (yay!); I hadn't wanted to call him because my contact was his partner, and she died suddenly in late August, and that was all horrible, but now I have a new number for him.
- I got my book in the mail today (yes, fuck, two weeks after it was released but I got it and it is so lovely)
- And the crazy editor I mentioned in a previous post is I think going to publish my next/old poetry collection, so yay that.
- And napping.
- So it's good, minus the migraine. Waah.
