Random Bullets on Cycle #11

• Endometrium? Lovely and thin. Finally. I should be able to start Follistim tonight, unless my E2 level is still wonky, which would really shock me given the week on Ganirelix.
• I have a list of five questions I need to ask Dr. Gorgeous. These include whether or not to restart Ganirelix to prevent premature ovulation, whether I can switch from Fragmin (ugh) to Lovenox, and whether Zyrtec is the best allergy medicine for me to take during the 2ww/early pregnancy. I plan on spacing them out over the course of the week, in the hope that nothing gets lost in translation with the nurses.
• 7 days on Ganirelix? Headache.
• Still haven't dealt with the sperm issue. Andrologist is out sick. After talking to the cryobank, I'm planning on going with my plan, which is combining ART specimens to get them up to IUI numbers.
• I'm hesitant to write it. It's too early to write it. But I'm very optimistic about this cycle. And gosh, wouldn't it be nice to have a six week OB ultrasound exactly one year after my consult with Dr. Gorgeous? 16 months, 11 attempted cycles, 8 IUIs, 1 IVF, 1 m/c. Haven't I paid my dues?
