- Mostly I've been sleeping better, as in not being awake for long stretches of time in the middle of the night. Mostly this relies on a regular rotation of drugs (lunesta, unisom, the occasional xanax).
- I seem to recall reading something that said a woman's antral follicle count translates to years until menopause, which would mean I would hit menopause in the next few years. In the meantime, my cycles are wonky.
- But just like the good old days of fertility treatment I can rely on getting my period 2.5 days after my last prometrium pill.
- I officially weigh more than I have in my adult life, outside of pregnancy, and I'm not particularly happy about it.
- I have also made an effort to MOVE more, eat more green things and less junk, and it resulted in gaining 3-4 more pounds. Thyroid problem?
And now I have to prep for class, which is taking too much brain power because Tiny Boy didn't go to bed, and then I didn't go to bed, and then he was awake half the night coughing, so so was I.
Could you be gaining muscle?
ReplyDeletePossibly thyroid. I have hypothyroidism and am medicated for it. Sadly, I still weigh more than I have, either. AND my cycles are wonky.
ReplyDeleteI doubt I'm gaining muscle, as I've been in better shape in my life and weighed much less...
