The Day in Review

6:20 wake up from some bizarro dream
6:40 drag myself out of bed, get dressed, etc.
7:00 wake up LG, give her rice milk, get her dressed, teeth and hair brushed
7:20 load backpacks and lunch boxes and water bottles in the car, leave for daycare
7:30 drive to monitoring appointment, doing something resembling class prep in my head
8:20 arrive for monitoring appointment, read for class
9:00 finally manage to have an ultrasound, thirty minutes late
9:15 back on the road, now contemplating the likelihood of another should-be Sunday IUI
10:00 drop my books in my office, go to the bathroom, glance at email, head to class
10:20 class #1
12:10 back from class, microwave lunch, comment on a couple blogs, print handouts for afternoon class, read important email thread that has developed without my input
12:40 deal with student crises (papers due Wed), remember I need to do Flex Spending stuff, thanks to an email from HR
2:00 have five minute conversation with andrologist about the sperm! which will be transported tomorrow, provided I manage to fax a waiver
2:05 back to the student appointments
2:40 shoot off a couple quick emails
2:50 leave for class
3:00 class #2
4:30 back from class, grab books and lunch box
4:45 pick up LG
5:15 home from daycare (you'll notice it takes longer to get her to leave daycare than to drop her off), change into pajamas, fix dinner while she watches TV
5:35 eat, argue about dessert, do her reading homework
6:30 talk to the ultrasound tech, finally, about Dr. Gorgeous' plan for my lazy ovaries
6:35 corral LG and get her upstairs for bed
7:15 leave LG's room
7:20 check email, check blogs, pretend I'm not completely overwhelmed
7:38 deal with LG, who is not yet asleep. ugh.
