Still info gathering about what to do (or not to do) about Tiny Boy's hypospadias.
So, as I am wont to do when I need medical advice, I asked Dr. Gorgeous if she knew a pediatric urologist. And as I scanned the LONG list of names at University Hospital Down the Highway of All Things Fertility (because what other nickname would I give it) I noticed that there's actually a female pediatric urologist on staff there. Which made me all kinds of happy.
And now I don't know if I'd like to see her, just because she's female and (therefore in my gender-biased head) easier to talk to, or if I go with Dr. Gorgeous's rec (who sounds so fabulous I doubt he's taking new patients, but you never know).
I suppose this is a good dilemma. Gosh, I miss teaching gender studies.
