Small Good Things (New Year's Eve Edition)

1. LG's fondness for Burger King, which is (a) closer to our house than McDonald's, (b) significantly quieter than McDonald's, and (c) has free WiFi. While I am not ordinarily the go-to-a-playland type of parent, it's a good thing when one HAS to get a letter of rec sent off and home internet is too slow to convert the file to PDF.
2. Making snowflakes out of construction paper with LG. They are now hanging in our front window prettily.
3. Coffee. With caffeine. Even if it is from the Burger King.
4. Snow. And more snow. I really can't get enough of it.
5. A short Prometrium period. After the past two months of blood and more blood and more blood, I'll gladly take a 4-day light period.
