I don't know what possessed me to google "peach muffin recipes" earlier today, other than Tiny Boy loves canned peaches. And my freezer stash of muffins is mostly depleted.

muffins...easily one of the 5 foods I would bring with me to a desert island on which I was a castaway and had to eat for the rest of my life.
