I'm tired (how many times have I started a post with that statement?). A typical good, busy weekend. Yesterday, groceries and errands and reading while LG played at the mall (there's a play structure she likes). Today, a trip to the park and picnic lunch with friends, followed by baking project (brownies!) and yard work (well, I did yard work; LG bounced a ball on her slide). She's been in her room working on sleep since 6:45 (though I'm not sure she's down yet), and I've done the dishes and tidied up a bit and put the coffee on for tomorrow.
I should spend some time on the lecture for class #2, but I'm progesterone-woozy and want to sleep. My right ovary has been popping for a few hours (is it possible I didn't actually ovulate until now [day 11], despite the Ovidrel on Tuesday?). I feel like ttc is the constant excuse for not getting things done. But the truth is weekends with LG *exhaust* me. Don't get me wrong; I love her and I love spending time with her. But as an introvert with sensory integration issues...well I need some time to recover from a day of childcare. And the 25 minutes "break" I had during her quiet time today really wasn't enough.
I think it's pajama time.
