- search my house for a wallet that mysteriously disappeared out of my summer bag, sometime between Tuesday afternoon and this morning
- call LG's school to ask her if she has seen and/or used the wallet
- call the last three locations where the wallet might have been dropped
- call two credit card companies to cancel my cards and have them reissued
- call the bank to have my debit card reissued
- go to the bank to try to get cash
- return to the bank with my passport to get cash
- spend an hour at the secretary of state's branch office to get a new driver's license
- use the cash to pay for a new license, put gas in the car, buy a much-needed decaf drink from Starbucks, and buy new wallet
- call the flex spending company to have my debit card reissued
- call the pharmacy to check on the status of IVF drugs and find out how much cash I will need to get in order to pay for them, as I am currently credit-card-less
- call the nurse at Dr. Gorgeous's office to tell her that, no, she can't order the one remaining drug from whatever pharmacy she feels like
- schedule my first blood work, ultrasound, financial consult, and mock embryo transfer for the All-Day-Tuesday-Extravaganza at Dr. Gorgeous's office
I think I'm taking a break from the phone calls and picking up LG a bit early. You think I might be a bit stressed?
The worst part will be if you find the wallet!
ReplyDeleteDeep breath, dear. Try to let the stress float away.
