I dare say we haven't talked about my tendency to play my own doctor in a while.
Last night, when I was awake with the boy from about 1-3, I decided that warranted an extra half tablet of Ambien (which, for the record, I take infrequently... a 30 days supply lasts me a good 4 months). My thinking was that once upon a time ago (see February 2011) Dr. Gorgeous prescribed me twice as much as I'm currently taking and I handled it just fine.
Flash forward to about noon when I'm having a panic attack and googling "ambien and anxiety." Well, as I say to Tiny Boy, All Done!

And, just for kicks, my evening in key words: baby, sand, fever, milk, dinner, bottle, milk, milk, bath, diaper, milk, book, kid, homework, nag, nag, nag, lunch, bath, bed. Sigh.

Omg, ambien made Sugar SO EFFING CRAZY. I forced her to throw it out, and I emphatically do not believe in discarding medicine.
ReplyDelete(Side note: my reader unilaterally dropped your blog, and I just assumed you weren't posting much. So: hi! And sorry.)
Well damn your blog reader :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the food/weaning advice. And, yeah, we're all about the dessert over here. Ice cream, oh yeah.
