Usually by 3dpo I've got that crabby, no-way-this-worked feeling. Right now I'm just tired. Tired, like my progesterone level is going to come back at 60+ tired. Tired, like I slept almost 10 hrs last night and could have kept going if LG hadn't woken me up.
How exactly am I supposed to get any writing done? Or clean my desk or make phone calls or do any of the zillion things that need to be done before I go back to school in exactly two weeks. Ugh. Ugh. Ugh.
And perhaps the worst thing is that if I get what I most want I'll be feeling like this, and worse, for a long time to come... Mind you, if that happens, I won't be complaining. But I'm getting tired of being fake pregnant for two weeks of every month.
I wouldn't say I'm optimistic. But it seems possible in a way that it hasn't for a very long time.
I'm glad that you are feeling "possible" although I wish it wasn't accompanied by so much tired. (progesterone is like some cruel greek god -- sustaining life yet sucking away life force/ energy at the same time.)
ReplyDeleteBut overall, I think that tired and feeling like there is possibility is great. I'm hoping very hard that "possible" becomes "real."
I chuckled at your description of the "fake pregnant" for two weeks every month. I so hear you!
ReplyDeleteI'm liking the tired, even tho it sucks. Tired is good...
Hoping good things for you! I think your difference in feeling is positive. May you get as much rest as possible, and may your before school preparations get done slowly but surely. Best Wishes! Kristina
