Out of limbo, into a quandary

1. Ultrasound says this cycle's a go, for IUI likely on Thurs:

lining--8+mm
LO: 13 mm, 15.5 mm (and a straggler at 9 mm)

2. Hysteroscopy says maybe not. There's evidence of unpronounceable word [endometrial micropolyposis] that basically translates into micro-polyps and inflammation. Commonly found in women who've had miscarriages. Treatment is 12 days of doxycycline. Dr. Gorgeous said the ideal would be to treat and shed the lining before proceeding to IUI. But she's also had patients conceive the same cycle as treatment. And, of course, she's leaving this decision entirely up to me (though she did say her gut was to treat and go for it).

3. This is my very last chance with LG's donor. On the one hand, I want an ideal environment for conception. On the other hand, I know that the only successful pregnancy that I've had occurred on a throw-away unmedicated cycle that miraculously produced two follicles.

Why does this have to be so freaking complicated?
