- Dr. Gorgeous, in all her summery gorgeousness, doing my ultrasound on a Saturday. I want that woman's wardrobe. And her new haircut. Of course that meant an extra freebie consult during which she told me that my antral follicle count was low (okay, that's not the good thing) and that my ovaries are still pretty suppressed, which is fine for this early in the cycle. Thankfully, cysts are gone. Three more days of Follistim, here I come...
- A. took LG this morning so I didn't need to drag her to the clinic, as Dr. Gorgeous is pathologically 45-60 minutes behind.
- I picked up 8 CDs at the library today. Their collection seems to have improved in the past year, which is splendid.
- And may I extol the virtues of the children's DVD collection at the moment? LG is, thankfully, watching TV. Because I really really really needed her to stop singing/chatting/jumping around the house.
- Being at a point in my cycle I can medicate The Headache. I'm not sure if it's the weather or the Femara or both but this has been a week of the intractable headache. Ironically, I just got a notice from the neurologist saying I'm overdue for scheduling an appointment (I think I went last May?). Still, I have enough drugs in my arsenal that I don't need to go back for a while. Such is the sad, overmedicated state of my life.
