- Peonies! Daisies! Our yard is getting a bit of color again. Rule around here is not to plant until Memorial Day, so I think LG and I will go get some annuals this weekend to spruce up those empty pots on our front stoop.
- At the moment, the house is down to a lovely 70 degrees, which usually makes for a comfortable afternoon/evening.
- Coffee with a friend this afternoon.
- I've had two seriously productive writing days in a row.
- Very good (albeit teary) conversation with Dr. Gorgeous yesterday. She used words like hopeful and optimistic and persistence and young. In the past week, I've had two REs, who take very different approaches, who know me very well, suggest they still think this will work for me with my own eggs. Please?
